introduction

Located in Easton, PA, NesQ Apartments is a 3-duplex townhome building that was designed to have a clean, mid-century modern appearance. This establishment is meant to be efficient and quick to build, enabling an easy experience for future tenants. The space NesQ Apartments was built on used to be a dilapidated garage and vacant road space, thus transforming the empty space into a new construction rental provides not only a fresh addition for the Easton community, but also a home for young, local professionals that lack the modern living they desire.

About Easton

Discover the land of canal boats, wonderful architecture, and treasures from times long past that have been uniquely preserved in time and space. There's lots to do and see in and around Easton. A destination with abundant nature, Easton is also a great place to explore by bicycle.

In 1736 Thomas Penn, son of William Penn, and Benjamin Eastburn, Surveyor General, selected and surveyed the "Thousand Acre Tract" of land at the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers. William Parsons and Nicholas Scull began their survey for a town in the 1750s at a spot called by the Indians "Lechanwitauk" or "the Place at the Forks." The new town was to be called "Easton" in the new county of "Northampton", after Thomas Penn's wife Juliana Fermor's home estate of Easton-Neston, Northamptonshire, England. The Great Square (now known as Centre Square) was, and remains, a gathering place for residents and travelers.

A few top attractions in Easton include:
- Klein Farms Dairy and Creamery
- State Theatre Center for the Arts
- Easton Farmers Market
- National Canal Museum
- Crayola Experience
- Weyerbacher Brewing Company
